Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the Toasted platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Toasted provides a mobile-first business management platform for spray tan artists, including appointment booking, client management, payment processing, and SMS communication tools. The service is available via the Toasted Tanz iOS app and toastedtanz.com.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per artist for the Single User plan
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• Toasted charges $49/month after a 14-day free trial
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial months
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe

• Upon cancellation, your public booking page is disabled immediately and clients can no longer book with you
• Your account data is retained for 45 days after your final billing period ends and is then permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for exporting any business records you need before your account is deleted, including client consent forms and payment history
• You may request a data export by emailing support@toastedtanz.com before deleting your account

• You are responsible for obtaining valid SMS consent from your clients before sending any SMS messages through the platform
• You must comply with applicable telemarketing laws including TCPA
• You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to clients who have opted out
• You are the data controller for your client data; Toasted processes it on your behalf

• You may not use Toasted for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to access other artists’ data
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service

Toasted and its content are owned by Toasted Tanz LLC. You retain ownership of your business data. We do not claim ownership of client data you collect through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Canceling your subscription and deleting your account are two separate actions. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which stops future billing and disables your booking page while your data is retained for 45 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may also delete your account entirely from Settings inside the Toasted Tanz app, which permanently removes your data immediately and cannot be undone, except for the limited aggregated statistics and SMS consent records described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toasted’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
